This is a 3 bedroom condo with a King size bed in the master and a queen in the guest room. There is also a small bedroom that has 2 twin beds, so it sleeps up to 6 people! No running out to do laundry because a full size washer and dryer are right in the unit. Balcony access from living room and master bedroom. 

Recent renovations include: all new baseboards, crown molding, carpet, living room/dining furniture, new smart TV in living room, CD player/Bluetooth/Tuner stereo, stainless steel refrigerator, window treatments/vertical blinds, and all walls have been repainted. 

Enjoy the fitness center that includes a cardio room and weight room. Locker rooms, with saunas, are located in the fitness center. Tired of being crowded on the beach? No worries here because the private beach is for Cape Marco residents only and is much quieter than further north on the beach. We also have a private, heated pool that is often very quiet, with only a few people there at a time. If you are not a water person, you can enjoy the clay tennis courts located on site or fish from the private fishing pier.

Security is taken seriously here, with the guard gate manned 24 hours a day. Basic cable (3 rooms), phone (free long distance), wifi, and designated space in parking garage included.
